Volkers, The Netherlands, number 1 in prepress services for the packaging industry.
With a lot of innovation, the owner of the company Rick Volkers was rewarded with the title Grafimedia Businessman of the year 2001. MasterPay, The Netherlands, offers a electronic-payment system (electronic wallet) for lots of purposes where digital payment is an option as micro-payments (low costs, huge number of transactions). Squerist, Quality Assurance consultants, The Netherlands, designed a on-line Quality Assurance Workbench. Remoflex is fully responsible for the development of QAW© - a workbench that is been using through web-connections by enterprise scaled customers (tcp/ip, encryption, SQL, C++ and Delphi). Remoflex's own infrastructure is designed to be Highly Available - especially our production environment in Romania. All power source connections have a backup, and all active components are powered via UPS's.

The server systems have a double duty UPS that will provide continuity in power to the most critical systems of our environment. Linked-up directly with the fibre optic network (via RDS/RCS, we have quality performance guaranteed at a minimum level of 1Mbps. Next to that we have webserver, mailserver and customer servers in The Netherlands at a level 5x9 Highly Available computer centre environment (99,999%). This Dutch local football association has 800 members actively playing football. This football club put forth a lot of time and effort on youth, and tries also to select the most talented players to get ready for a serious profession in football. Many young players went to well known football clubs Nation Wide (to Ajax, Feyenoord, PSV, FC Utrecht, Vitesse, and so on).

For 5 years already, Remoflex sponsors the local Basketball Association Bourgondië at Wijk bij Duurstede. This includes two teams, but also all kinds of sport-events throughout the year: for example pre-season international tournament, runner-up tournament, recreational tournament, mixed tournament, and many, many more.

The two teams who are supported are U16 (Under 16) − first selection team, and the top Men´s Seniors 1.
U16 - This talented team is indeed a team and playing in the top of their competition.
The Men´s Seniors1 are also yearly contenders for the championships − and the forecast for 2007 looks positive. All ´home´ played matches have the atmosphere set by Remoflex, with music, show elements, games for public (like BullsEye shoot out), comments during the match, and at the end of each match the selection of Man−of−the−Match − which is always rewarded with a superb bunch of flowers. At the end of the last Home−match each season, the Most Valuable Player of the Season is nominated. The atmosphere and show-elements are NBA−look−a−like and are widely well−known in the region of Rotterdam, Utrecht, Amsterdam, Den Haag and Amersfoort.

Our interview process consists of a technical test, and English language test, and an oral question and answer portion, after which we contact all participants with a response and a possible offer of employment.

Staff

Lucien Versteeg, founder and CEO of Remoflex International has vast experience in the IT field. He studied Informatics and graduated in 1991 alongside his full time job at the Department of Defence. There he was responsible for information systems management, with expertise on automation of security (RACF/ACF2) in the mainframe-environment. As entrepreneur he started several companies and collaborated initiatives for new businesses. With Remoflex, started in 2001, he was investing when the economy was going down and the internet bubble collapsed. Having some hard times, the consistency in the formula brought Remoflex the surviving benefits.

With ongoing problems at IT-project deliveries, and companies who want to be more in control (having more independency) - Remoflex offers a strong formula: fixed price projects, and delivery of source code, no strings attached.

Nowadays still a lot of companies do not dare to offer fixed price projects, nor deliver source code. That's why Remoflex survived in the long run, and moves forward quickly helping out companies with their IT-challenges. Of course, reliable software needs to be delivered all the time - as Lucien states: "there is only 1 type of software that is good: the one that is being used".

May 11, 2007 Craiova, Romania
Remoflex International signed the partnership with IT Six Global Services, one of Romania´s fastest growing software companies which has its headquarters in Craiova and a subsidiary in the city of Cluj. Remoflex has its headquarters in The Netherlands with premises in Bucharest, Romania as well and is specialized in fixed price software development projects. Already the two companies tested and experienced the collaboration in two specific projects. Due to the positive results, a more tightened relationship is now in place, ready to support further growth in quality, technology and business.

May 10, 2007 Wijk bij Duurstede, Netherlands

	CDW D1 junior football sponsored by Remoflex won Championship in First League. The team collected successes this season on several tournaments, but the major achievement was getting this Championship in the First League. Also, 3 talented juniors of this team are selected to play with some famous national Football Associations next season.

"Offers that knocks talented students out" was the unique message of Remoflex International at the JobShop fair in Bucharest. Remoflex offers flexible contracts for specifically last-years students, and in this case first job experiences. Remoflex's stand 68 was visited continiously, also because there were prizes to win.
The Tombola at the end of the day drafted the winners: Nicoleta Tincu & Elena Cristina Stoica won the Remoflex towel set black&white and Marius Nicolae & Dan Gurtan won the Remoflex flexible design set of cups. The winners are notified by Remoflex, and can pick up there prizes at the premesis of Remoflex office in Bucharest.

At the Romanian offices staffing celebrated the upcoming Christmas holiday. With the company closing ahead, all employees of Remoflex International received a nice personalized Christmas package with gifts. Remoflex International signed up two new contacts in the Zurich business area. From now on we can get close contacts in Switzerland as well - next to English also German (included Swiss and Austrian flavor) is supported. Most likely an already existing customer Axelion was pleased, of course, and this puts Remoflex International more widely on the EU-map.

September 25, 2006  Staffing team building Event − after summer party.
With all staffing of Remoflex International we went for a nice bowling event. After a nicely served diner, it was strike and splitting time on the bowling tracks. Next to that we played table tennis and snooker. The atmosphere was great.

Remoflex International contracts two consultants in Canada, Toronto, for acquisition of outsourcing software development. A lot of businesses are already used to doing this. Remoflex International offers them an European Partnership with Dutch management on board to cope with all complex projects. For Canada projects working hours are shifted to have a decent 'time-overlap' for live discussions and meeting across the Atlantic.

Remoflex International becomes MicroSoft ISV-partner.For the developers this means a constant flow of new patches and releases, and for specific information, MicroSoft support is available for the development projects that are handled by our software engineers.

April 6, 2006  Romania Remoflex International in Romania initiates new activities in IPTV software international, and houses her office in Bucharest, Strada Petru Poni, next to the Central station of Bucharest Gara De Nord. All activities of Remoflex S.A. will be merged into this new legal entity.
